Some players are still encountering issues with the First Meeting Bonus. Temporarily, we are disabling this feature while we look into the issue.

■ Multiplay Issue Compensation
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the Multiplay issues. Fixes for the said event has been applied. We will be sending the following compensation to all players within 24 hours:

■ Applying Fixes for Other Recent Issues
We will also be applying fixes to other recent issues:

- Returning Player Milestones
- Localization issues in Arena and Port
- Eliza's White Princess Skin previously not displaying correctly
■ Arena Rewards
With the start of the Phantom Battle (beta), some players may have missed out on collecting the March 17 Arena Rewards as we transitioned from the old arena to Phantom Battle. With this, we have sent out the unclaimed arena rewards to eligible active players who have logged in from February 18 to March 17.
■ Battle Coin Exchange Shop
Battle Coin Exchange Shop had a time limited Rainbow Shards from March 18th to 24th. We're aware players were not able to play Draft Match during that period.
As such, we'll be adding the said shards into the upcoming Battle Coin Exchange Shop on April 1 for 1 week. We will also be updating the shop lineup so stay tuned for more information!
■ Limit Break Milestones Update
Players might experience a delay when viewing their list of mementos with the addition of the memento Limit Break Milestones feature.
Completion of the milestone, even though the criteria is met, might be slow due to the loading time.
Please wait for it to load completely as it may take some time.
■ First Meeting Bonus
We're aware that players are encountering some issues with the First Meeting Bonus. We are looking into it.

Alchemists, we've received reports regarding World Raid. We're here to assure you that bans continue to be carried out against abusive players and the World Boss ranking is maintained on a regular basis.

The text description of the Phantom Battle Coin is untranslated to some players when they are claiming it from the Gift Box.
The intended text for this is "Arena Daily Ranking Reward for [Month / Day] and [Rank Reward].

■ ["For Whom The Alchemist Exists The Movie" Memento Issue Update]
Dear Alchemists,
We have sent out the memento "Embrace of Weakness" to affected players who encountered issues upon obtaining it from "For Whom The Alchemist Exists The Movie" Part 3 Event Summon after the March 18 update.
Affected players can receive the memento directly from their Gift box within 7 days.
■ 5-Step Special Summon Side Banner [FIXED]
Fixed the display issue wherein the side banner of this summon incorrectly shows "Unlimited".

■ [FIXED] "For Whom The Alchemist Exists The Movie" Memento
There was an issue with the Memento obtained from "For Whom The Alchemist Exists The Movie" after the Version 9 Update.
Players who obtained the Memento during the affected period will encounter some display issues when accessing other tabs such as Gear and Unit page. The Memento will also be missing in the Memento page.
This issue is now FIXED. You will be able to obtain the Memento correctly now.
For players who got the Memento during the affected period, we will be sending the Memento to your Giftbox within 48 hours.

Dear Alchemists,
Please take note of the following updates to known issues after today's Version 9 update.
■ Arena Coin Shop Exchange Update
Please be advised that the Arena Coin Exchange Shop will be having an update on March 25th. Previous Arena Coins can be spent in this new exchange shop which will open on the next update. Further details will be announced so please stay tuned.
■ 5-Step Special Summon
The side tab banner is INCORRECTLY labelling it as an "Unlimited" summon. Please be advised that this summon is NOT unlimited, and will close after Step 5.
We will be fixing the banner as soon as possible.
■ Returning Player Milestones
Players are not being redirected to the normal arena when tapping "Go" as part of the Returning Player Milestones. Players will have to manually open the Arena to proceed with this milestone mission.
■ Babel War Art Milestones
It is currently unable to complete the Milestone Mission to acquire the Babel War Art keys for Leafah, Lakina, Ewan, Wilhelm, Tehre, and Voda.
■ Multiplay and Draft Match
Some players may encounter an issue when attempting to enter the Draft Match or Multiplay.
■ Eliza Skin
There's currently an issue with Eliza's White Princess Skin not displaying as intended.
We are now looking into these issues. Timely updates will be provided through our in-game news and social media channels.
■ Dark Julia - Debuff Indicator [FIXED]
Fixed the display issue which causes a missing debuff indicator for the Dark Julias skills:
- Lightning Buccaneer
- Frigate of Guilt
- Thunder Blade Buccaneer
