■ [UPDATE] Templar Festival Coin Shop
The Templar Festival Coin Shop ended earlier than the server refresh yesterday. For those who still had Templar Festival Coins before the server refresh, we will be compensating the remaining unused coins within 24 hours.
■ Ainanna Soul Shards
We will be extending the [Ainanna Soul Shards] availability in the Templar Festival Coin Exchange Shop until February 24, 11:59 PM (World Time / PST)
■ [UPDATE] Gem Purchase / Gem Spent Milestone Board
There was an issue with the Gem Purchase / Gem Milestone Board for some players where recent purchases and spending may not have been reflected before February 4, 00:40 (World Time / PST).
We will be compensating affected players who were able to attain, but have not claimed the rewards with their respective tiers within 24hrs.

■ Leafah "Babel War Arts" Mastery Milestone Issue
There is an issue that prevents Leafah's "Babel War Arts" Mastery Milestone from being completed. If Leafah unlocks Class Change before the unit is level 85+ the requirements may show up as fulfilled but the milestone will not be cleared. We are currently looking into this issue.
A temporary workaround is to level Leafah to 85+ first before unlocking Class Change.

[Update - February 4]
■ Gem Purchase / Gem Spent Milestone Board
There was an issue with the Gem Purchase / Gem Milestone Board for some players where recent purchases and spending may not have been reflected. This is now fixed at around 00:40 (World Time / PST). All progress is now properly tracked.
However, the amount before the fix that was not properly added will not be updated at the in-game display.
Rest assured, all player's Gem Purchases / Spending before the said fix is still tracked to qualify for the Milestone Board.
We will send out eligible rewards that players were not able to claim due to the tracking issue within 14 days after the end of the event period.
■ Summon Discount Ticket
The Summon Discount Ticket was not working as intended for some players. This issue is now resolved.
