Macherie is a Shrine Maiden who lives with her younger brother in the village of Yune in the Desert Zone. Having been born with incredibly strong Alchemia, she is blind, but can use an ability called the Sight to ascertain her surroundings. Although mild-mannered in nature, when it comes to protecting those she cares about, she can summon up the bravery to take on even dangerous roles.
