One of the Seven Dragons that governs the laws of dragons, the "Tolerant Dragon that rejects wrath". He stares at the mistakes that dragons have caused, and hates them acting as superior species. The attitude of not interfering with humans seems cold, but it is due to the tolerance of respecting and accepting human beings.
One of the Seven Dragons, the Dragon of Tolerance. Later, he becomes the Cursed Beast Satna.
