Blue Vortex Ring
A ring worn by the Alize Holy Guard, said to cause the winds of victory to blow in one's favor. They have long been passed down in the clan, and bestow upon the wearer control over the wind's power. Though only those with a talent for reading the wind will be able to utilize that power.
